Covering most of the northeastern corner of St. Johns County, Nocatee provides a master-planned community with a number of smaller neighborhoods throughout. When fully completed, the community will provide around 12,000 homes, more than 1 million square feet of retail space, nine public schools and over 4 million square feet of office space. Nearly two-thirds of the lands will even be placed in preservation.
In 2015, Nocatee was named as the third best-selling master-planned community in the entire country. Homes sold in 2015 totaled 1,105 throughout Nocatee.
A variety of home sizes and styles are found throughout Nocatee. Each individual neighborhood has its own feel. The community is full of luxury estates, town homes, village homes and even some neo-traditional homes. There are even some condominiums offered throughout.
Homes range in price starting around $230K and going up to as much as $1.5 million. Most homes are priced between $450K and $500K.

Things to Do in Nocatee
Nocatee offers plenty of things to do with the Nocatee Town Center, Nocatee Splash Water Park, Nocatee Community Park and plenty of other amenities. The location makes it easy to enjoy beautiful beaches and some of the top golfing in the entire state of Florida. In addition, excellent shopping and dining are found nearby.
The Nocatee Town Center provides plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for residents to enjoy. It’s anchored by a Publix store and includes many other options, such as the M Shack, Coastal Wine Market, Starbucks and more. Many new businesses are scheduled to open in the town center throughout 2017, as well.
Along with the town center, Nocatee offers an interactive splash water park, which includes the highest water slide tower in Northeast Florida, a lazy river, zip line, lagoon pool and so much more. The park covers eight acres and includes a two-story clubhouse with a fitness center and meeting rooms.
Residents also enjoy the community park with a fenced dog park. Tennis courts are found within the park and plenty of grass fields are used for other outdoor activities.
Nocatee already provides a number of great amenities to the residents. However, they will be expanding the amenities to include a large spray playground opening in 2018. The expansion will also include a food court, bar and large deck. In addition, the community expects to add a new event field this summer.
