Brooke Mida

Born and raised for 14 years in the Chicago area, Brooke and her family moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2004. Growing up in Jacksonville, Brooke became very familiar with its many diverse neighborhoods, and fell in love with all that this giant city had to offer. When she wasn’t in school, or working as a local pre-school teacher, Brooke spent much of her time exploring miles of Jacksonville’s nature preserves, relaxing at the beautiful beaches, soaking up knowledge in the local museums, and strolling through historic Riverside area to shop and eat at their many unique and local businesses

Brooke attended the University of North Florida and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. While studying, she helped oversee and manage many of her family’s real estate flip/renovation projects, as well as the property management for their rental homes. Upon graduating, she moved to Daytona Beach and was hired to teach 5th grade. Brooke excelled as a teacher, and was nominated in her first year for “First-Year Teacher of the Year.”

During her teaching career, a major and sudden family illness brought Brooke back to Jacksonville in 2017. During this time, Brooke received her real estate license and began selling homes, while helping her family. Simultaneously, she purchased her first home and flip project, doing much of the work herself. Real estate soon became not only a new career path, but a dream come true. Brooke has used her successes in real estate to give back to the community in an initiative that she has solely created to give a percentage of every commission she earns, at no cost to her clients, to the creation of a local children’s orphanage.

Brooke has a heart for detail, and a high sense of integrity that ensures every transaction is handled with the utmost care. She sees the families beyond the transaction and cherishes the relationships she builds to last. When not assisting families achieve their goals of home ownership, Brooke is an avid runner, cyclist, outdoor enthusiast, and often volunteers with local organizations such as Big Brothers and Sisters of Northeast Florida, and The Safe Animal Shelter.
