Starting my sales career at Web.com, I was able to learn the ins & outs of what it takes to successfully market a business. I also learned many different sales skills that assisted with a good understanding of how to probe a potential client to find out what they are really looking for out of a service/product. After working as a tier 1 sales consultant for about 2 years, I was promoted to management of sales and given a team of 13-15 to manage and coach on how to successfully sell Web.com's suite of products. I worked for web.com for about 7 years. After leaving web.com, I wanted to learn about credit and how it works, so I sought employment at Ovation credit services. I learned a great deal of information on how credit works and how it can affect everything from deposits and pricing to interest rates and even lending. After working as a sales agent for 8 months I was promoted to sales manager and managed a team of 10-15 agents who sold credit repair. I was then recruited by a brand new company to Jacksonville named ApexChat. Even though they had been in business about 11 years before I was hired, they had just recently opened a branch office here in Florida to expand their market share. ApexChat sells a fully staffed LiveChat solution that works across many verticals and is used for lead conversion and to complement what the clients are doing with their SEO & SEM. I am currently employed with them, but I look forward to this great transition of becoming a real estate professional and starting my journey to business ownership.
