Jason has three children Maddux, Talan, Bronson and married to Sara. Jason is extremely close with his family and very grateful for all the love and support to his 12 year NFL career and his new endeavors. Jason is a true entrepreneurial spirit and a unique work ethic that was installed to him by his late father.

The post NFL career begun before the NFL draft of 2004, with the inception of bronco development, specializing in master-planned communities, custom houses, and light commercial. The subsidiary company premier properties runs the multi-family, student housing, and property management. With the inception of RedZone Realty we are now able to handle any and all real estate needs.

Kyle was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Despite heavy recruitment from schools across the country, he decided to play football for the UCLA Bruins. After graduating as a scholar athlete, he took his talents to Florida to play for the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars. After Jacksonville, he spent time with the New York Giants under legendary coach Tom Coughlin. Ironically, Kyle was eventually lead back to where his football dreams began: Dallas—finishing his five-year NFL career as a proud Cowboy.

Kyle later hung up his cleats and began his second career in real estate. With a passion for people and a hunger to win, Kyle found his natural fit. Trained under real estate—and Real Housewife— star Jeana Keough, Kyle adopted a level of customer service that his clients will tell you goes above and beyond.

After learning the ropes of Dallas real estate, Kyle craved the competitive home buying environment in growing cities. Ready for the next step, he returned to Jacksonville to open Red Zone Realty with his former teammate Jason Babin. Since his first visit in 2009, Kyle had fallen in love with the First Coast. Returning might have been an audible, but it ended up being a touchdown.

Licensed in both Texas and Florida, Kyle has a wealth of knowledge in market trends in expanding cities. Specializing in investing and flipping properties, he takes a hands-on approach; he’s even been known to get down and dirty with contractors to demo, reno, and transforming properties. From changing paint in a spare bedroom to a full remodel, Kyle recognizes quality workmanship and takes pride in knowing the "the secret sauce to sell." He also operates with honesty, integrity, and passion—just as he did as a player—so that he can deliver his best performance to each and every client.

Lauren Martilli

Lauren was raised in Atlanta and attended Florida State University before moving to Jacksonville, Florida. She returned to FSU to complete her graduate studies and earned a Masters of Arts degree in 2010. Before entering the real estate industry, Lauren taught film studies and humanities course at FSU and Florida State College.

Lauren became interested in real estate after going through the new home construction process with her own residence. This inspired here to pursue a real estate career. She entered the field in 2012 and has been helping clients sell, invest and buy real estate throughout Jacksonville ever since. From the Beaches to the Westside to the Southside and even St. Augustine, Lauren provides incredible service exceeding client expectations.

RedZone Realty impressed Lauren because of the vision of Kyle Bosworth and Jason Babin. After attending the grand opening of the company she was inspired by the full-service approach. Instantly, Lauren recognized the opportunity for success with RedZone Realty.

Lauren currently lives with her husband and her three dogs. She enjoys heated power yoga, EDM, painting and traveling.

"Tammy Loves Real Estate" is not just a catchy phrase it’s true.

Tammy was born in New York.  At age thirteen her family relocated to Flagler Beach, Fl where she was raised. 

Her love for the business happened very early on as she watched her father succeed as a realtor. His talent led him to build a very successful R.E. Brokerage Firm. His passion and drive for the business inspired her to get her license at age 18.  Both her mother and brother are brokers as well.  You could say Tammy’s family LOVES REAL ESTATE!!!

After graduating from Flagler College she joined the airlines and traveled the world.  Eventually, the lure of the sea led her back home to Florida.  She has resided here in Jacksonville for the last 20 years.

Her innate ability to recognize a deal, negotiate a transaction, and her natural love for people is the secret to her success.  Her journey has included small “flip projects” to multi million dollar transactions, and everything in-between.

Argen is currently a college student pursuing a degree in business marketing. Raised in Jacksonville and coming from an Eastern European background, Argen values Family tremendously. A young Realtor but not a fresh mind to the world of business, Argen has helped his family run their local furniture store since the age of 13. Argen is a huge football fan. If he’s not working, there is a good chance you might find him at a Jaguar’s game on Sunday. Having played lacrosse his senior year at Wolfson, and minor league football, he understands how important teamwork is in order to have success which is why RedZone makes it the perfect environment for him.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Candice Moody has always felt like the city is her true home. She attended the University of North Florida on a softball scholarship and received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications (Marketing/PR) in 2007. UNF was also where she met her husband Stephen.

Candice provides a strong background in both marketing and sales with experience in the real estate industry and media. She brings a client-centered mentality to her work, along with strong networking skills. Candice has found great success in her career by turning herself into a resource for all new and current clients. She's never met a stranger and strives to give her clients truthful information they can use.

During her free time, Candice enjoys time with her family and friends. Her interests are diverse and range from fishing to golfing and even catching a Jaguars game during the season. As a huge fan of sports, Candice enjoys participating in many different activities. Teamwork has been a normal part of her life since a very young age, which fits well with the goals set forth by Redzone Realty.

Terry spent a majority of her career in Restaurant/Hotel Management. Mostly in the North East. She always says that career is equivalent to a Masters Degree in common sense.

She was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Moved to Boston and Southern New Hampshire after getting married and three children later the family was transferred to Rochester, New York. Enough with the winter thing and no Beach!

Hence the move to Jacksonville!

A Florida native living in Jacksonville for more than a decade, Emily works as the Broker for RedZone Realty. She's a real estate attorney with a practice of her own. Emily also works with partners Kyle Brady and the firm is called Brady Hicks, PA.

Emily was the assistant general counsel of Gibraltar Title Services in Jacksonville before starting Brady Hicks. She has handled thousands of closings throughout her career and many short sales.

Emily was also the Assistant County Attorney for Nassau County, Florida. During her time as the Assistant County Attorney, she handled the legal matters for the Board of County Commissions, the Code Enforcement Board, the Planning and Zoning Board and the Conditional Use & Variance Board.

Married with three daughters, Emily and her family love the beach and enjoy baking and cooking together!

The best has been saved for me.  Real Estate is my second calling. I'm a Veteran, a Father, a Son, a Husband, and a Friend.  I began my adult career in the U. S. Air Force, as an enlisted Airman providing security for the Nation’s Highest Secured Equipment and later was discharged after 8 years of loyal service.  I tried my hand at working outside the military ream of thing, did good for about 3 years.  I missed the military, so I went back in this time into the US Army. 

The U. S. Air Force and the US Army have both taught me that, you don't always get to choose your family.  But your sure will become a family with trust, and understanding.  They both gave me the ability to welcome and want to help anyone no matter the situation that they are in.  And the Best way I can do that now, after 18 years I'm retired is by put families into their dream homes.  Simply seeing the smiles, the hugs, and the enjoyment of a family when they get the keys to their new home is a wonderful feeling for them and me.

Originally from Virginia, Morgan graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Morgan moved to Jacksonville to follow her husband, Josh and his NFL football career. Her passion for hospitality and having a client-based focused career has led her to her real estate career with RedZone Realty. 

However, this is not Morgan’s first experience with real estate, as her family has owned a real estate brokerage in Virginia for over twenty-five years. Having previously worked at her family’s brokerage as a Marketer, Morgan knows how to analyze market trends and make that information work for her clients, buying or selling their homes.

Morgan also has prior experience as an Interior Designer, coordinating contractors, architects and other professionals to ensure the job’s success. With her knowledge base and passion for hospitality, Morgan is sure to offer her clients a wonderful home buying or selling experience!
